NATURAL BLEACHING EFFECT PRODUCTS


1 BARLEY & GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR


DIY: Boil green beans and barley with water. Eat 1 - 3 bowls a day enable the skin to be fair, removes scars.


Mask: Add water to glutinous rice flour like glue texture, not too thin and not too thick. Apply on face. Wash off when dry. Once every 2 - 3 days.


2 TEA


DIY: Pour hot water on tea leaves, remove tea leaves after a while. Pour into bath tub, add more warm water. Wash face and body. Leave for a while. Rinse with water.


BITTERGOURD MASK FOR GETTING RID OF WRINKLES, ITCH ON sian ( bruise that turns bad)

DIY: mash bittergourd, apply on face for 15 min -30 min. Wash off.


BREATHING PROBLEMS


DIY: For cold, Pound garlic onion. Boil w water. Drink 2 times a day. Put a few drops of onion juice, breath deeply helps blocked nose.


If the cold cause headache but no sweat, boil onion w ginger.


If the cough cause by brochitis, boil ginger w pear w sugar. Eat 3 - 5 days.


PREVENTION OF FLU


When the signs of going to have flu or cold,


DIY: slice a pear, add water and rock sugar, boil. Add lemon juice before drinking.


CURE for FLU


1 Slice 25g ginger, 1 pear. add 1 bowl of water. boil w small fire for quite some time. drink while hot.


2 Pour 50 -100cc of red wine into a pot. boil. add 1 egg, stir. off fire. Drink when it cools down.


CURE for COUGH


Cough that is caused by flu w/o phlegm:


DIY: Remove the seed of pear, 1 or 2. Add rock sugar in the pear. Double boil. Eat the pear and drink the liquid.

LONG TIME COUGH


DIY: 1 carrot, 120g 12 red dates. Add 3 bowls of water. Boil slow fire till the liquid is 1bowl left. Drink 2 - 3 tablespoon, morning, afternoon and night for 3 - 4 days.


SORE THROAT


DIY 1: Brew a cup of green tea. When cool, add honey. Slowly drink. Drink till the sore throat recovers.

DIY 2: Sore throat that is caused by flu - 50 green beans, grinded or pounded, + some rock sugar + tea leaves. Brew for 15 mins.


BAD BREATH


Cause: food that is left too long in the mouth, tongue not clean, tooth decay that food is stucked inside, and when one is sick.


Treatment: Use the dental floss first, brush the teeth, and brush the tongue as well.


DIY: Rinse the mouth with salt water 3 -4 times a day especially before you sleep at night and after each meal.


ASTHMA


DIY: Immerse a few garlics (skin removed) into vinegar, add little sugar. Soaked it for a week. Take 1 or 2 garlic in the morning everyday for 10 -15 days.


NOISY EAR


Cause: When one is too tired or the health is no good.


DIY 1: Open the mouth very widely. Close. Do it a few times continously.


DIY 2: Fry 1 bowl of salt w/o oil. Put in a cloth bag. Rest your ear on the bag, change when the salt is cooled. Do it a few times continously a few days. If this method does not work, visit a doctor to find out more.


ACIDIC STOMACH


When the stomach is too acidic, it weaken the body.


DIY: 150g spinach, 50g celery, 1/4 of carrot, 1 tb of honey, sugar, lemon juice and water. Blend. Drink. If too thick add more water. Drink frequently will improve the situation.


GASTRIC PAINS


DIY 1: 2 tb milk, 1 tb gan chao fen, pour hot water. Drink once daily frequently. Cannot add sugar at all.


DIY 2: 1 tb ginger juice, 250cc fresh milk, some sugar. Double boil for 30 mins. Empty stomach, drink morning and afternoon for a few days.

ALOE VERA - BURN CAUSED BY HOT OIL SPLASH ON SKIN


To prevent scar - use a knife, remove the skin of aloe vera, put on the affected area, this will cool the skin immediately.


POTATO -Heal skin inflammation


Clean 250g of potatoes. Cut and mash it. Add 30g ginger powder, mix well. Smear 2mm on the affected area. Do this a few days. Do not use potatoes that have sprouts coming out, as it is poisonous.


Green Bean paste to treat skin problem


Cause: bite by insects and the skin cannot heal for a long period.


Fry the green beans w/o oil, ground till powder. Add vinegar to form like ointment when needed, smear on the affected area. Do not add the vinegar in advance. This ointment will kill the bacteria and the vinegar close the wounds heal the skin quickly. Apply the solution on the skin.


INSOMNIA

1) PORRIDGE


Drink a bowl of watery porridge will help insomnia. Alternately, can drink a glass of sugared water to calm the brain and helps to sleep better.


2) SPRING ONION ( THE WHITE PART)
20 lotus seeds, do not remove the heart, dried longan, 1 egg yolk.


When the lotus is cooked in a bowl of water, add dried longan. When the longan is cooked, about 1/2 hour, put the egg yolk in a bowl, pour the hot stuff into the bowl, stir. Drink this 1 hour before sleep. After 2 to 3 days, no more insomnia.


3) EGGS


a) a) Boil 250cc of milk first, add some red sugar and lastly add 2 beaten eggs. Drink before sleep. Take for about 10 days continuously, then effective.
a) Boil the water to cook an egg. Remove the shell. Boil a bowl of water, add dried longan and lily bulb. Add rock sugar and put the hard boiled egg.

4) SALTED WATER


Put salt in a pail of warm water. Dissolve the salt. Soak the feet in the water, do this before sleep, helps to lower the blood pressure, prevent flu, heal the skin of the problematic feet and helps to sleep better.


ATHLETE'S FEET (HONG KONG FEET)


Lack of vitamin B will have problems with the feet.
Garlic - Mash the garlic and soak in vinegar for 15 mins, apply on the affected area. Garlic contains vit B.

REMOVE UNPLESANT SMELL OF FEET
a) Prepare a pail of hot water. Add 25g of tea leaves and some salt. When the water is lukewarm, soak the feet for 10 mins, do this a few times will remove the bad smell.


b) Prepare a pail of lukewarm water.Add 1 - 3 spoons of vinegar.Soak the feet for 10 - 15 mins, Do this for a week will remove the bad smell.


TO REMOVE CORNS/CALLUSES(HARDENED SKIN OF FEET)


Prepare 1 big spoon of natural salt, massage the affected area for 5 - 10 mins. Wash with lukewarm water. Do this 1 - 2 times a day for 2 months to see result. This enable the skin to be smooth.


TO CURE PILES


Prepare 1 big spoon of natural salt, massage the ball of the feet with salt and toes for 3 - 5 mins. Do this 3 times a day. drink more warm water, eat high fibre vegetable and fruits.

TO STRENGTHEN THE KIDNEYS


REMEDY:


Stretch both legs straight. Open the toes widely for few seconds. Close the toes tightly for a few mins. Do this a few times, provides good circulation for the kidneys.


TO GET RID OF TIRENESS OF EYES


REMEDY:


Steam


Use the steam of hot water or hot tea. Close the eyes, move close to the mouth of the cup to steam the eyes for 5 - 10 mins. Move away, still eyes closed. This enable blood circulation, so that the eyes is has a good rest.

Juice


Blend 1 carrot, 1/2 apple. Add some ice cubes.


TO HAVE GOOD EYESIGHT


REMEDY:


Pour a glass of hot milk into a bowl with 1 beaten egg. Add some honey. Drink this every morning is healthy and achieve good eyesight in a long run.


Move the eyeballs around for some time. Look up and look down, do for some time.


CONSTIPATION


REMEDY:


1. Boil water, add 20g lily bulb and some candied melon. Lastly add 1 egg white add little oil and salt. Drink.

2. Boil 2 eggs. Set aside. Remove shell. Boil water, add 100g he sou wu for 15 mins. Add the egg and boil for a little while. Eat once a day.


3. Every morning, empty stomach, drink a glass of lukewarm water, with some salt dissolved. Rest for 15 mins, then eat breakfast. This helps bowel movement and cleanse the intestines which helps digestion.

4. Pound some garlic, cut one cucumber, one carrot, add some soya sauce and vinegar. Eat as salad. For weak stomach, cannot eat too much garlic.


DIAHRRHEA


REMEDY:


Fry 1 bowl of salt till hot. Use a cloth to wrap. Lie down and put the bag on the stomach, cover with blanket, this ease the pain.


Some Chinese chives, cut, 2 eggs and salt. Fry like omelette, eat frequently to see results.


PERIOD CRAMPS


REMEDY:


1 or 2 days before period, prepare: 1 egg, 10g tang kwei, 10g red dates, 3g chen pe (orange skin) 5g ginger, half bowl of wine (check with Medical shop) some rock sugar or sugar. Cook the red dates till very soft, set aside. Beat the egg and put into wine, set aside. Boil tang Kwei, chen pe and ginger with water for 20 mins, remove the residue. Pour the liquid into the egg+ wine solution. Add the red dates and the sugar. Drink to relieve the period pains.


TO PREVENT DRUNK
REMEDY:


Drink strong tea before drinking alcohol, and eat some more protein food can prevent drunk. The caffeine of the tea will stop the alcohol to react too much and the protein is to prevent the harm caused by alcohol. Drinking tea after drinking alcohol is no good for health as it will trigger more alcohol reaction and caused memory lost.


VOMITTING AFTER DRINKING ALCOHOL


REMEDY:


When drunk, drink a lot of water, eat orange, lemon or honey as this will oxidise the alcohol. If vomits, drink a small glass of soda water and feel more comfortable.


HEADACHE


REMEDY:


Prepare 2 pails of warm water 45 degrees to 55 degrees, according to your body acceptance. Submerge hands and legs in the water, allow the water to just cover the hand palms and ankle for 1/2 hour. When the water is cool, change.


HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE


Do not eat too salty and oily food


REMEDY:


1. Juice - Wash Celery, blend. Add 50cc honey. Stir well. Drink 200cc 3 times a day.


2. Soak some groundnuts in a bottle of white vinegar for 1 week. Every morning eat 10 peanuts


LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE AND SUGAR LEVEL


High blood pressure will trigger strokes, too much sugar will cause diabetes. It is incurable, cause inconvenience and agony.


Carrots is good for making the kidneys active, disperse the bad substance in the body and lower the sugar and blood level. Carrots is also good for eyesight.

REMEDY:


Carrot porridge - Shred the carrot. Cook with rice and water. Serve with coriander leaves and salt.

BLISTERS
Face or body suddenly have blisters, are signs that there is something wrong. Carefully observe and check the condition.


REMEDY:


Cook spinach into juice, wash on the affected areas when cooled.


Spinach is full of vitamins and minerals which is good for skin healing.


SENSITIVE SKIN


For people who have sensitive skin can be very unbearable if have infectious disease like measles, etc.

Remove leaves of some celery, remove skin of an orange, remove skin of 1/4 apple, 1/2 lettuce (for salad) and some Coriander leaves. Blend into juice. Add some ice cubes.


BLOOD VESSELS HARDENING (clot)


High blood pressure is caused by the above.


REMEDY:


Cook some porridge, when cooked, add some dry chrysanthemum and sugar, boil a while. Eat this frequently will strengthen the blood vessels, lower blood pressure, knee cap infections.


STRENGTHENING LUNGS


White fungus (cloud ears) is good for lungs, constipation, sweat.


REMEDY:


Soak some fungus in water. Clean and cook with rock sugar and water. Boil with High fire first till bubbling and slow fire for 2 hours till the fungus is soft and the solution is thick. Eat once a day for people who have lung cancer.


PREVENTION OF SENILITY


Soya beans is full of nutrients, economical. It helps to prevent ageing, blood clots and good for brain cells, increase memory power, thus prevent senility. It is good for pregnant women to enable to produce healthy children.

REMEDY:Drink more soya beans

REVENTION AND CURE - ANAEMIA

REMEDY:


Wash 4 tomatoes, 1/4 carrot. Cut into small pcs. Blend into juice with some ice water. Remove residue. Add 1/3 glass of milk and some green lemon juice. Can add sugar if preferred.


PAIN AT THE SHOULDERS ; HANDS

Peel the skin of a banana, Blend with a carrot, 6 apples, 1 egg yolk, 100cc of milk, little bot of vinegar and some honey. Take this drink frequently helps.

Wash lotus root, blend into juice. Add some rock sugar. Lotus root is good for lungs and helps to calm nerves, drink a small cup slowly (to avoid bloated stomach)morning ; night . Relax before drinking, the result would be better.


TO REDUCE BODYACHE


Lack of exercise is often the case.

REMEDY:


Use the hairdryer to blow the palms and back of hands 5 – 6 times to circulate the blood flow, thus the body feel much alive.
For people who has body ache due to working with computer causing inflammation. The more serious case, the hands is unable to raise up.


REMEDY


Use the hairdryer to blow the shoulders for some time, slowly move along the hands.


HOW TO HAVE GOOD APPETITE


When a person has no appetite, the body is usually tired. Eat more appetising and cooling food helps.


REMEDY


2 – 3 tomatoes, remove skin and seeds, sliced. Sprinkle some white sugar.


AVOID DRINKING STRONG TEA AFTER MEALS


Drinking strong tea after a meal will caused indigestion, thus the body is unable absorb the nutrition of the food eaten.

Rocking on the chair for at least 80 mins everyday helps to reduce stress and frustration, thus prevents senility.


TO SUBSTITUTE VITAMINS NEEDED


Spring onion, leeks, onions, chives is full vitamins, not only removes smells from some food, eg. fish, it stabilised the body temperature and substitute vitamins of what the body is lack of.

1. Substitute dark brown sugar instead of normal white sugar as it contains calcium and iron, and has low calories, which is ideal to maintain a slim figure. Make pastries with it for children, will not cause teeth decay.


2. Use natural salt to massage the areas ( body fat) while having a shower. Wash the body first before massaging. After one week, do not use the soap or cleaning agent, only use salt to massage. Continuing doing so, and watch diet, will reduce 2 – 3 kgs a month.

Boil a sachet of tea bag in water. Add 100cc milk. When boiled, add a little salt. Drink 1 cup everyday in a long run, will feel energetic and the face when turn pink.


FOOD POISONING


If the food poisoning is not serious, try:


REMEDY


Blend some grapes and ginger to extract the juice. Make a cup of hot green tea. Mis in the juice and add some honey, drink while hot. This will stop the diarrhea.

TEETH WHITENING


Brush teeth with salt first before brushing with toothpaste. Alternately, can use lemon juice with cloth to rub the teeth, then brush with toothpaste.


TO REDUCE PAIN –TOOTHACHE


REMEDY


1. Boil 6 –8 tb of vinegar with 15g of pepper for 15 mins, rinse the mouth when it is not too hot.


2. Infuse 3g of tea leaves for 5 mins. Remove the leaves. Add ½ tb of vinegar. Rinse the mouth 2 –3 times everyday.


Most important, is to keep the teeth healthy by brushing , rinsing frequently to prevent toothache.


THE WONDERS OF KO KEE AND CHRYSANTHEMUM


Chrysanthemum is cooling, ko kee is good for eyesight


REMEDY


Boil water. Pour the hot water on some chrysanthemum and ko kee, after 20 mins of infusion add rock sugar, drink hot or cold. Long time taking, will have beautiful eyes and smooth complexion.

BODY ODOUR


REMEDY


1. Slight – Use deodorant will do.


2. Fry salt. Wrap with a cloth to rub the armpits.


3. Boil ginger with water, wash when not too hot.


4. After shower, apply powder specially for this problem ( can buy at Chinese Medical Shop).


5. Apply baby powder before going out.


LOWER CHOLESTEROL


Groundnuts is good for stomach, lungs, phlegm reduction, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, helps mothers to produce more breast milk and is good for body that is weak People who keeps coughing during winters can cook with yam and lily roots.


REMEDY


Soak groundnuts overnight, cook with red dates (seeded) and glutinous rice to make porridge. When cooked, add rock sugar.


REDUCE PAIN – SHOULDERS


Too much exercise of poor sitting posture caused the above.

Add salt ; vinegar to hot water. Soak a towel and wring dry. Put the warm towel on the shoulders. Keep doing and make sure the towel is always warm.

CANCER


WHAT CAUSED CANCER?
Survey indicates that Cancer is caused mainly emotional and bad habits in daily life. Especially happens when a person is easily depressed and bad temper.


Depression affects the sleep and intake of food ( cannot concentrate when eating). In a long run, health will be affected as the body is weak and low on antibodies.


People who constantly have evil thoughts also caused Cancer.


Shower and walking posture is partly responsible too.


Thus, Cancer is caused by human’s bad habits in a long run. Scientists point out that the people who are in high risk of getting are people who are always eating the same food, and do the same things and bad mood constantly. Eg. Instant Noodle does not caused Cancer, but eating too often without eating nutritious food will caused Cancer.

In conclusion, there is no food in the world that actually caused Cancer. Our life must not be monotonous.

CANCER SELF CHECK


IS ILLNESS TOOK A LONG TIME TO RECOVER?


If the illness does not have obvious symptoms and cannot recover quickly means not enough antibodies.


Normally a cold will recover within 2 days, if there is no headache and sore throat and cannot recover quickly, indicates that the body is very weak.

Eating too much Mushrooms, the chances of getting Lung Cancer is higher but can prevent other types of Cancer, especially dried mushrooms. Only if you are sure that your lungs is very healthy, then you can afford to eat more.


EATING RAW VEGETABLES


Vegetables contains lots of fibres which is essential to expel fats out of the body. When the vegetables is cooked, all the contents goes to liquid and some damaged ( must eat the liquid as well). Eating raw vegetables at least twice a day is able to curb Cancer.


For tubers like carrots, potatoes, etc, is exceptional. When these vegetables is well cooked, not only it taste better, the gravy is best taken as well and double the effect of body resistance against Cancer. Cooked vegetables will expel toxic, contains vitamins, minerals, protein, fats and sugar.

Avoid doing the above at the same time, as the chance of getting Lung Cancer is very high.


BANANA PRESERVED WITH NATURAL VINEGAR


The above is good for Cancer resistance, doubled, the vinegar must be natural eg, rice or fruit vinegar.


DIY: 6 big bananas, skinned will weigh 600g. Natural vinegar 500ml. 5 green lemons and container for 1200cc.


1. Cut the lemons thinly - .5cm.


2. Cut the bananas – 2cm thick – put in the container immediately.


3. Add Vinegar to cover the bananas, place the lemons on top so that the bananas will not be exposed or it will turn black when oxidised.


4. No need to put on the cap as the lemons is the cap.


5. Put in the fridge for one day and eat morning and night, one banana at each time. Must finish within 3 days.


Can substitute the lemons with honey for people who cannot take the sour taste.


Suitable for 2 years to 90 years old people but not suitable for people with


Stomach problems, they should eat only bananas alone.

Cancer Support Groups Celebrate Life Together

Cancer support groups inspire survivors to find healthy ways to cope with their disease. The resources, advice, and personal stories survivors share with each other are both practical and encouraging. One study of breast cancer patients who attended weekly support groups showed significant improvement in survival time. This is just as likely for those with thyroid cancer, mesothelioma, skin malignancies, and other forms of cancer. Even if life expectancy does not improve, quality of life surely does.


Many cancer patients find it hard to talk about what is happening to them. It may be awkward, uncomfortable, or painful to talk about the disease, even to family and friends. Talking to doctors and nurses can be just as hard. It may seem easier to ignore the issue, but talking can help. While some cancers are curable and most are treatable, almost all survivors face an emotional crisis. Cancer can be the scariest challenge of someone’s life. Talking with others who are going through the same thing reminds survivors that they are not alone.


There is not a “right” or “wrong” to deal with cancer. Each person copes in his or her own way. But talking about it with other survivors, or writing about it in journals or blogs, is therapeutic. Knowing that other people are listening helps survivor’s better cope with the challenges they face.


Some people find it hard to reach out to others, especially if they think they have nothing to give in return. Many cancer survivors are surprised to discover how many people want to support them. Partners, families, and friends can be disappointing sources of support because they are dealing with their own emotions. Most healthcare communities and some churches have support groups, provided by people who simply enjoy helping others. Hospice teams offer support during the last months of life.


An online group like the American Cancer Society “Cancer Survivors Network” is a valuable resource for cancer survivors. They celebrate life together by supporting each other and telling their stories. Discussion boards are a good place to meet other survivors and build friendships. Internet chat and instant messaging allow for real-time conversations. And cancer support blogs offer useful information and insight.


Cancer patients face similar fears and uncertainties. Support groups are important whether someone has treatable breast cancer, an unfavorable pancreatic cancer prognosis, or a short mesothelioma life expectancy and prognosis. Talking about cancer with people who understand is priceless. Support networks give survivors a sense of belonging and a safe place to vent. I posted this article, which may have some provoking thoughts:


The below is absolutely 100% true and as a doctor I have been telling people this for 15 years now. No one wants to listen. Folks need to wake up. Cancer treatment is about making money. It is a 120 billion dollar a year industry in the United States alone and estimated to be a 600 billion dollar a year industry worldwide.


A successful cancer case according to the American Cancer Society and the American College of Oncology and Hematology means that the person survives for 5 years. Both the American Cancer Society and the American College of Oncology and Hematology admit that a person is likely to survive cancer for 7 to 10 years even if they do absolutely NOTHING. Of course, only the doctors get those magazines - not you, the cancer patient.


Alternative medicine's track record of curing cancer is 10 times higher than that of conventional medicine. Note that I say CURE.


Remember another thing. A TUMOR is just a symptom. It is not the cause of cancer.


Science is cause and effect. Remove the cause and the effect disappears.


I am in my third battle with cancer right now. I have not done any chemotherapy or radiation or surgery for any of my bouts with cancer. I survived leukemia, I survived Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and now I have Glioblastoma which is supposedly an incurable form of brain cancer. I was given two months to live 5 months ago.


I have been using Chinese herbs, high doses of vitamin C, acupuncture, chiropractic, homeopathy and nutritional changes. Yes, at first it got worse. It had metastasized to my lymph nodes, my lungs and my bones. As of this week, I am happy to say that there is no evidence now of any cancer in my lymph system or my bones. I had 6 tumors in my lungs, now there are only two. The tumors in my brain have shrunken tremendously. I never did any of their chemo, radiation or surgery.


Here is a very interesting statistic that you can only have access to by being a doctor. Every year more than 1,000 doctors oncologists (cancer doctors) are diagnosed with cancer. Less than 10% of them choose to do the treatment that they have been giving to their patients. Sort of like the fact that less than 25% of all pediatricians vaccinate their own children because of the fact that the risk of sudden death or serious side effects from the vaccination is higher than the risk of catching the disease one is being vaccinated for. This is not bullshit people - it is truth.


Medicine is about money, not about your health and the system traps people, especially the elderly, disabled and poor into a deadly treatment regime that puts them in an early grave. Meanwhile, all the jet set billionaires are flying off to Europe and paying big bucks for alternative treatments and getting cured.


Does alternative medicine work all the time? No. Of course not. Nothing works all the time. But there is a reason for that. You don't die until it's your time to die. Nothing can make you live longer than that time.


However quality of life comes into play. Those cancer patients who use alternative therapies for their cancer, yet still die from the illness, suffer a much higher quality of life. They die able to spend time with their families and even recognize their family members. They don't become emaciated like those who do chemotherapy or radiation do and rarely is a person who goes under the treatment of chemotherapy able to recognize anyone for the last few days of their lives. Their bodies become ravaged to the point that you can't even recognize them either. They suffer at a much much higher rate and they have one let down after another as doctors tell them, ahhh - it's looking good, only to tell them on the next visit it's looking worse, you need more chemo and radiation.


What is criminal about this is that YOUR DOCTORS KNOW THIS SHIT.


I took an oath as a physician. I have always followed it. That has certainly not made me successful financially as a doctor because I have consistently refused to go along with conventional medicine's bullshit.

Apple  cidar vinegar is an acid in its purest form, but when digested creates a highly alkalitic ash that can be used to neutralize or weaken harmful acidic ashes created by digestion of things like dairy, meats, cocoa, sugar, etc. It's also very beneficial for bone and tissue health, for it contains MANY nutrients and bountiful amounts of minerals that are considered by modern medicine to be "trace minerals" in most foods. Unless you tear your leg open and pour ACV on the bone, I very highly doubt you'll be doing any damage to your bone structure.

 The acid is neutralized by the body's bicarbonate stores and then digested. If it's leaking into your knees, you have more serious problems than just pH distortion. : ) BTW: ACV contains such things as calcium NATURALLY. It has calcium in it far before it even makes contact with the human body. In very EXTREME cases of Acidosis of the body (unisolated cases; not just the blood stream, urine, etc), acidic ash content may be neutralized by the extra calcium stores of the body. If you don't have these stores and are overtly malnutritive, calcium will be taken from your bones to neutralize certain acids. Do keep in mind, however, that many, many other alkalitic nutrients are used as a neutralizer (acid weakener) before the calcium in your bones. Dairy: >>Generally lt is bad for you.

Apple Cider Vinegar: One of the most beneficial and cheapest REAL medicines a person can buy that isn't a drug. Funny that you mention Hippocrates, though. He's historical proof that good nutrition and intelligent nutritional supplementation can solve a great deal of problems. In my person opinion, if you're eating correctly, getting enough sleep (at the right times), getting enough sunlight, and have (at least) reasonably light habitual sanitation practices... You will not have problems with 'disease'.

Your body WILL NOT use calcium "leeched from your bones" to neutralize the lactic, malic, acetic, and propionic acids that are present in ACV until all other alkalitic substances that CAN be spared are used up. With constant use, it is possible that this could happen, but in most people I would expect that a healthy, balanced diet would protect against any extreme use of those stores of calcium present in the bones. If you're worried about it, simple dilute the vinegar MORE (It's sold at 5% acidity, normally, because it has been watered down so much already.) or you can add pure Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) slowly until it fits your taste a bit better.

This will weaken the acids, but the only chemical change that will take place is the alteration of Malic acid. The malic acid will become Malate, but the body would have changed it to this eventually, anyway. It seems to me that medical doctors these days know only how to misdiagnose, prescribe drugs, and cut things up. I would advise all of you to find someone who has studied real medicine for longer than an hour. : ) If you live inside of the United States, I seriously doubt you'll find this type of medical support. There are online sources of information out there that have professionals who are better at diagnosing from a distance than some 'doctors' in the United States are...even when said 'doctors' have some of the most expensive equipment known to the medical community.

Cancer Symptoms Most Often Ignored - BAD SIGNS

Annual checkups and tests such as colonoscopies and PSA assays are important, but it’s not a good idea to rely on tests alone to protect you from cancer.



It’s just as important to listen to your body and notice anything that’s different, odd, or unexplainable.



(You should also listen to those close to you, such as a wife or partner, because others sometimes notice things we’re unaware of–or don’t want to admit.)


You don’t want to join the ranks of cancer patients who realize too late that symptoms they’d noticed for a long time could have sounded the alarm earlier, when cancer was easier to cure.



1. Upset stomach or stomachache



One of the first signs colon cancer patients remember experiencing when they look back is unexplained stomach aches.


Those with pancreatic cancer describe a dull ache that feels like it’s pressing inward.


Many liver cancer patients say they went in complaining of stomach cramps and upset stomachs so frequently that their doctors thought they had ulcers. Liver cancer patients and those with leukemia can experience abdominal pain resulting from an enlarged spleen, which may feel like an ache on the lower left side..


If you have a stomachache that you can’t attribute to a digestive problem or that doesn’t go away, ask your doctor to order an ultrasound.


Finding a liver or pancreatic tumor early can make all the difference in treatment.


2. Chronic “acid stomach” or feeling full after a small meal


The most common early sign of stomach cancer is pain in the upper or middle abdomen that feels like gas or heartburn. It may be aggravated by eating, so that you feel full when you haven’t actually eaten much. What’s particularly confusing is that the pain can be relieved by antacids, confirming your conclusion that it was caused by acid in the stomach, when it’s more than that.


An unexplained pain or ache in lower right side can be the first sign of liver cancer, known as one of the “silent killers.”


Feeling full after a small meal is a common sign of liver cancer as well.


If you have frequent bouts of acid stomach, an unexplained abdominal ache, or a full feeling after meals even when you’re eating less than normal, call your doctor.



3. Unexplained weight loss



If you notice the pounds coming off and you haven’t made changes to your diet or exercise regime, it’s important to find out why. Unexplained weight loss can be an early sign of colon and other digestive cancers; it can also be a sign of cancer that’s spread to the liver, affecting your appetite and the ability of your body to rid itself of waste.


4. Jaundice



Pancreatic cancer, another one of the “silent killers,” is often discovered when someone notices jaundice and asks the doctor to do a battery of tests. Jaundice is most commonly thought of as a yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, but darker-than- normal urine that’s not the result of dehydration is also a sign. Clay-colored stools are another little-known sign of jaundice. Oddly, jaundice can also cause itching, because the bile salts in the bloodstream cause the skin to itch.


Some people with pancreatic cancer say they noticed the itching before they noticed the jaundice itself.



5. Wheezing or shortness of breath



One of the first signs lung cancer patients remember noticing when they look back is the inability to catch their breath. “ I couldn’t even walk to my car without wheezing; I thought I had asthma, but how come I didn’t have it before ? ”, is how one man described it. Shortness of breath, chest pain, or spitting blood are also signs of testicular cancer that’s spread to the lungs.



6. Chronic cough or chest pain



Several types of cancer, including leukemia and lung tumors, can cause symptoms that mimic a bad cough or bronchitis.


One way to tell the difference: The problems persist, or go away and come back again in a repeating cycle. Some lung cancer patients report chest pain that extends up into the shoulder or down the arm.



7. Frequent fevers or infections



These can be signs of leukemia, a cancer of the blood cells that starts in the bone marrow. Leukemia causes the marrow to produce abnormal white blood cells, which crowd out healthy white cells, sapping the body’s infection-fighting capabilities. Doctors sometimes catch leukemia in older adults only after the patient has been in a number of times complaining of fever, aches, and flu-like symptoms over an extended period of time.



8. Difficulty swallowing



Most commonly associated with esophageal or throat cancer, having trouble swallowing is sometimes one of the first signs of lung cancer, too. Men diagnosed with esophageal cancer look back and remember a feeling of pressure and soreness when swallowing that didn’t go away the way a cold or flu would have. Consult your doctor also if you have a frequent feeling of needing to clear your throat or that food is stuck in your chest; either of these can signal a narrowing of the esophagus that could mean the presence of a tumor.



9. Chronic heartburn



If you just ate half a pizza, heartburn is expected. But if you have frequent episodes of heartburn or a constant low-level feeling of pain in the chest after eating, call your doctor and ask to be screened for esophageal cancer.


Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) — a condition in which stomach acid rises into the esophagus, causing heartburn and an acidic taste in the throat — can trigger a condition called Barrett’s esophagus, which can be a precursor of esophageal cancer...



10. Swelling of facial features



Some patients with lung cancer report that they noticed puffiness, swelling, or redness in the face. The explanation for this is that small cell lung tumors commonly block blood vessels in the chest, preventing blood from flowing freely from the head and face.



11. Swollen lymph nodes or lumps on the neck, underarm, or groin



Enlarged lymph nodes indicate changes in the lymphatic system, which can be a sign of cancer. For example, a lump or an enlarged lymph in the neck or underarm is sometimes a sign of thyroid, head, or throat cancer.


A painless lump on the neck, underarm, or groin can be an early sign of leukemia.



12. Excessive bruising or bleeding that doesn’t stop



This symptom usually suggests something abnormal happening with the platelets and red blood cells, which can be a sign of leukemia. One man with leukemia noticed that his gums bled when he brushed his teeth; another described bruising in strange places, such as on his fingers and hands.


The explanation : Over time, leukemia cells crowd out red blood cells and platelets, impairing the blood’s ability to carry oxygen and clot.



13. Weakness and fatigue



“I had to stop halfway across the yard and sit down when I was mowing the lawn,” said one man when describing the fatigue that led to his discovery of pancreatic cancer. Generalized fatigue and weakness is a symptom of so many different kinds of cancer (and other ills) that you’ll need to look at it in combination with other symptoms.


But any time, you feel exhausted without explanation and it doesn’t respond to getting more sleep, talk to your doctor.



14. Rectal bleeding or blood in stool



“I thought it was hemorrhoids” is one of the most common statements doctors hear when diagnosing colorectal cancer.


Blood in the toilet alone is reason to call your doctor and schedule a colonoscopy.


Another sign of blood in the stool many people miss is stools that are darker in color.



15. Bowel problems



Constipation, diarrhea, and changes in stools can all be signs of cancer.


As with many other cancer symptoms, the way to tell if this is cause for concern is if it goes on for more than a few days without a clear cause, such as flu or food poisoning.


People diagnosed with colon cancer say they noticed more frequent stools, as well as a feeling that their bowels were not emptied completely.


One of the early signs of pancreatic cancer is fatty stools, which can be recognized as frequent, large stools that are paler than normal and smelly. This is a sign that your body’s not absorbing your food normally, and it should be brought to your doctor’s attention.


16. Difficulty urinating or changes in flow



Hands-down, the most common early sign of prostate cancer is a feeling of not being able to start peeing once you’re set to go. Many men also report having a hard time stopping the flow of urine, a flow that starts and stops, or a stream that’s weaker than normal. Any of these symptoms is reason to call your doctor for an exam and a screening test for prostate-specific antigen.



17. Pain or burning during urination



This symptom can also indicate a urinary tract infection or sexually transmitted disease, of course, but in any case it warrants an immediate trip to the doctor. This symptom is often combined with the feeling that you need to go more often, particularly at night. These same symptoms can also indicate inflammation or infection in the prostate or benign prostatic hyperplasia, the name for what happens when the prostate grows bigger and blocks the flow of urine. However, you need to get checked out to tell the difference.



18. Blood in urine or semen


Men are often warned about blood in the urine, but they may not realize that blood in semen is also a danger sign for prostate cancer. Blood in the urine or semen isn’t always visible as blood; urine may just be a pink, dark red, or smoky brown color, while blood in the semen may just look like a pinkish streak.



19. Erection problems



As prostate cancer progresses, another very common sign is difficulty getting or sustaining an erection. This can be a difficult subject to talk about, but it’s important to bring it to your doctor’s attention. It could be a sign of sexual dysfunction with another cause, of course, but it’s a reason to have an exam and a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test.



20. Pain, aching, or heaviness in the groin, hips, thighs, or abdomen



One sign of prostate cancer is frequent pain in the hips, upper thighs, or the lowest part of the back. Men with testicular cancer report noticing a heavy, aching feeling low in the belly or abdomen, or in the scrotum or testicles themselves. They sometimes describe it as a feeling of downward pulling or as a generalized ache throughout the groin area.


Prostate cancer that has spread to the lymph nodes often makes itself known as discomfort in the pelvis or swelling in the legs.



21. Testicular swelling or lump



The lumps that indicate testicular cancer are nearly always painless.


It’s also common for a testicle to be enlarged or swollen, but lacking any specific lump that you can see or feel.


Some men report feeling discomfort from the enlargement, but not an outright pain.



22. Unexplained back pain



Back pain can mean all sorts of things, of course — most often pulled muscles or disc problems. But unexplained, persistent back pain can be an early sign of cancer as well, so get it checked out.


Pain in the lower back and hips can be a sign of prostate cancer, while pain in the upper back can signal lung cancer.


A pain in the upper abdomen and back is one of the few early signs of pancreatic cancer.



23. Scaly or painful nipple or chest, nipple discharge



Men do get breast cancer; they also get a condition called gynecomastia, which is a benign lump in the breast area. Breast cancer is usually detected as a lump, but if it’s spreading inward it can also cause chest pain.


Other signs of breast cancer include patches of red, scaly, or dimpled skin or changes to the nipple such as turning inward or leaking fluid.


Bring any lump, swelling, or skin or nipple problem, or any chest pain, to your doctor's attention.



24. A sore or skin lump that doesn’t heal, becomes crusty, or bleeds easily



Most of us know how to watch moles for changes that might indicate skin cancer.


But other signs, such as small waxy lumps or dry scaly patches, are easier to miss.


Familiarize yourself with the different types of skin cancer — melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma — and be vigilant about checking skin all over the body for odd-looking growths or spots.



25. Changes in nails



Unexplained changes to the fingernails can be a sign of several types of cancer.


A brown or black streak or dot under the nail can indicate skin cancer .


A newly discovered “clubbing,” which means enlargement of the ends of the fingers, with nails that curve down over the tips, can be a sign of lung cancer..


Pale or white nails can be an indication that your liver is not functioning properly, sometimes a sign of liver cancer.
